Adventures with grumpy cat! I mean Bones...

Who: Leonard McCoy and You? [open]
What: March Event Catch All!
When: At some point early on in the event before any results of the negotiations.
Where: Derrynane or the Fae
Warnings: Probably bad language and grumpiness. Embarrassment for everyone? Probably a strong possibility.
Notes: I will list off a few possible starters, but you are free to tag and indicate a different scenario if you want him to get drug into something else. <3

Scenario: Cold Iron
The strange world of the fairies really felt more like a damn dream on an acid trip. Part of him wondered if this place was the makings of something like Carroll saw when he wrote Alice in Wonderland. Cause this place sure seemed more out of sorts and strange than anything he’d ever seen before. The colors were just an eyesore they were so bright and off. Some trees even glowed a sickly purple and the sky seemed almost pink at times.

But one thing that was damn hard to miss, was how much the scenery changed as they drew closer to the objects that weren’t supposed to be there. Because slowly, the landscape shifted to something darker, colder… like the color was stripped right out of it. “I’d say we needed a damn metal detector, but the way things just seem to suddenly start dyin’ the closer you get is a dead giveaway.” It was just the moments between finding this kind of thing.

Oddly enough it reminded him a bit of the darkness in some of the corners of the Library now that he thought about it. “See anything yet?”

Scenario: Elemental Stones

What he hated most about Derrynane, Ireland wasn’t the every present darkness. It wasn’t even the desolate landscape of an empty ghost town left behind by the abduction of all the people. No, it was the rain. The nonstop heavy downpour that even made the long coat he was handed before stepping through the portal feel soaked through. So much for repelling water. The rain fell hard enough to make it feel like it was weighing him down anyway.

“So what does an elemental stone even look like? Is there somethin’ even special about them?” His brow furrowed in irritation as he pulled out the bookmark and tried to get some sort of information to come up. Unfortunately, the information was less than forthcoming. “Just says they can look different.” What did that even mean?

Sighing slowly, he arched a brow and looked out at the crashing waves of a sea that looked damn near angry more than anything else. The rocky ledges looked inky black from the water cascading down, and honestly none of it looked welcoming. But then, in a flash of lightning, he caught the silhouette of figures upon those craggy rocks near the shore. Not quite human, but definitely humanoid. Frowning, he looked to his companion with a frown. “Did ya see that?”
