Barry leaned against the cell bars and groaned. Of course he was in jail because of love. That's just how his life went these days. All he'd been trying to do was complete the mission and get back to the Library. Then he'd run into Alice and he's told him about her lover and well he hated the idea that people were being kept apart just because one guy said so. Barry, being Barry decided to help and the city leader took issue with that.

He could have tried to phase out, but he didn't want to scare people. and start a war by accident. So here he was stuck and trying to find a way out of this mess without using his powers. "Come on Allen, what would Oliver do?"

"Not get himself tossed in the slammer?" Felicity stated, her heels clicking against the concrete. She had taken the time to dress tonight even though she was still heartbroken over Billy, she was determined to pull herself up again.

"Why does no one ever think to call me before doing something monumentally stupid?"

Barry scrambled up and gave Felicity a little wave. "Hey Felicity," he said using the tone of voice Catlin called. "Barry tries to cute himself out of trouble" voice. "Uh so you got my SOS so that's great....and you look great and I am a dead man right?"

"Yes, Yes, and hell yes," Felicity said, using her most stern voice, which probably couldn't hurt a fly much less anyone else, but she was definitely not happy.

"That voice doesn't work with me, Mr.," Felicity stated, smiling just a little bit.

"So what do I have to do to bust you out?"

Barry rubbed a hand through his hair. "Okay noted...it doesn't really work on anyone but it's kind of my go to trouble thing so sometimes it just slips out. As for how to get me out of here I don't know that leader guy is a real jerk I mean seriously I was just trying to help people get married what's wrong with that?"

Felicity got this pained look on her face. "You're asking the girl who has an ex-fiance and just lost her boyfriend, because said ex filled him full of arrows, not his fault by the way," She quickly pointed out.

"There is nothing wrong with it, but maybe I'm not the best person to ask?" She said with a laugh. "Can you vibe through the bars?"

Barry flinches. "Sorry for bringing that up...by accident. And yeah I can phase out I just didn't want to do it and freak out the guards. Getting burned at the stake was not on my list of life experiences. Is anyone but you around right now?"

"Barry, settle down I know you wouldn't do it on purpose," She said, looking at him fully. She smirked at him then. "So you'd rather spend Valentine's Day in Jail?" She asked. "Be a shame not to have anyone to share my mint chip with."

Felicity glanced around. "Nope," She said with a quiet pop of the P."

Barry bounces on his heels and takes a deep breath. Then his entire body starts vibrating and with a scary sense of ease he slides through the bars and stops vibrating with a little smile and a "tada!"
