Four isn't to sure that's something he should be worrying over, because well...the proof kneels before him in a manner. He survives this, somehow and whatever this is. Otherwise, his incarnation wouldn't be crying over daffodils in a book. It was an odd feeling gripping his hearts. This was his future, distant or immediate he was yet to find out but still his future. A broken future at that.

The tugging on his hearts felt awkward and he considers moving forward to do, something comforting. But he has yet to learn about comforting. It isn't something he will not learn for five incarnations. Yet here, where he is his own in some twisted way, he can only watch in confusion as his other self takes the rose. So focused is Four on Ten that he misses the chance to examine the screwdriver. Mental curse there but now his other is moving and Four glares at the retreating back.

Fortunatly, he has long legs and uses them to catch up with his older.
