Oh dear, this was going to get messy. "I've never seen them this close to the center!" She said as he said to stay close. She tried, though he was rushing the first wolf. She wasn't even going to question what he just yelled. But it did remind her of Geronimo! Which, at that moment, she might have whispered as she tried to keep up but kept out of the way, turned enough to keep an eye on the other one.

They needed a plan. An escape. Her mind was buzzing in thoughts. There was a pass through coming up, on their left. And one of the right just past the first wolf. The right was the way they wanted to go.

The left, she realized, had another wolf blocking the way, snapping at Casey as he came closer to it.

The first wolf snapped his jaws and growled loudly, fully intending to try and take on the boy in his attack. Be careful it doesn't get hold of that hockey stick, or it might not be a hockey stick no more.
