Who; Ecthelion, and OPEN
What: Music - also with a bit of Pied Piperness for the event
When: June 23rd
Where: History section towards Reception
Warnings: Fluff in the thread with Glorfindel
Notes: Ecthelion's decided to play a little music
The dark-haired elf in blue robes felt it was a little too quiet for a living library. And a library was a place of learning, was it not? Ecthelion raised his flute to his lips and set to playing a lilting tune as he walked between the shelves of the history section, slowly making his way back towards the Reception area. He was well aware of his surroundings, stepping out of the way of what he felt was harmless.
Pale eyes watched, only music giving warning to his approach rather than footsteps, and just a hint of cloth ruffling. His hair, while long, was somewhat tamed by a tie at the very end of his waist-length hair. There was a faint glow to his skin, just barely noticeable. He carried no light with him - he'd never needed excess light.
It was only a matter of time before others came looking to see who was playing, since he'd heard no music so far. Come to him, little ones. No harm will come to you!

Tease.
"Indeed not!" No. Glorfindel could ask for anything, and he'd do everything in his power to get it done. Something new? Ecthelion hummed quietly, thinking it over for a long few minutes.
"Will you dance for me?" But he didn't wait for the answer before he raised his flute back to his lips to play once again. And it indeed was something new! Something that simply came to his fingers, though he'd never heard it before. It echoed through his head.

But he remained just out of reach, dancing ahead of him along the aisle with a laugh.

There! With a laugh, the blond haired elf danced before him, but beyond his reach. Laughter touched Ecthelion's eyes and affected his music, but he hardly cared nor noticed. Glorfindel danced for him, and that was all that mattered. But soon it became too much for him and he stepped forward, after the other, aiming to get close enough that maybe...
Just maybe, if he stopped playing and reached out swift enough he could catch that laughing, dancing elf! Without consciously knowing it, the tune reflected his desires, beckoning to encourage Glorfindel to dance nearer.

"I love this new tune!" he said happily as he leaned in to press a kiss carefully on Ecthelion's cheek. There was nothing that the would play that Glorfindel did not find delight in, however. There was love and light in the notes and it drew him in.
"I have to repay you for such a beautiful song!"

It didn't stop the love from shining in his eyes. And there was a pause long enough for him to lean in to steal a kiss, since Glorfindel was so near, their steps moving in tandem as the music resumed. A note of encouragement is added, along with laughter in pale eyes and expectation for whatever reward he'd get.

Glorfindel took the chance to press kisses where he could- along the other elf's neck, his cheek, just to tease him.

He didn't once try and stop his husband, though. Each teasing kiss was answered with a trill of a laugh in his music, along with a promise in how he watched Glorfindel for later when they were alone in their room.

He was flushed not with exertion but with the thought of what they were going to do once they got back to their rooms, which, thankfully, weren't too far away.

Instead he let the song end as he stepped close again, then pulled the flute away and let it hang at his side as he leaned in to kiss his husband again. That blush was impossible to ignore.

When they finally parted for air, Glorfindel gave a grin as he tangled his fingers in his husband's hair, blue eyes shining brightly.

Once there he kicked the door behind them so they could have some privacy before kissing his husband deeply with a low moan.
